I have always had a love and a passion for dogs. Walking my dog regardless of the weather, has always been a pleasure and provided balance away from the work place. After almost 25 years in teaching, I swapped the classroom for the open air and following early retirement my husband has done the same!

As a young teenager, I trained our rescue terrier cross and have gone onto clicker train both our pedigree black Labrador and Romanian rescue yellow labrador, who both responded brilliantly – positive reinforcement (clicker, treat, praise) is the only way we encourage a dog to behave well! We have added to our experience of managing dogs with epilepsy, heart murmur and senior arthritis with us both keeping up to date with first aid training, relevant courses with Dog's Trust Dog Training College and we currently hold a 5* Dudley MBC Dog Home Boarding Licence.

So whether it is a walk, a drop-in, a short, medium or long term stay, you can feel reassured that your canine companion is in safe, caring hands.
